The Problem
The client needed a cross-continental education and business metaverse with immersive 3D spaces and on-chain identity, without splitting the product across multiple agencies.
Coordinating education hubs, marketplace logic, and wallet-based identity across regions required one coherent architecture that a single engineering owner could ship and maintain. Fragmented vendor stacks had already made iteration slow and identity inconsistent.
Tech Stack & Architecture
React frontends with Three.js power the 3D hubs. Web3 wallet and identity layers sit beside modular services for education content and marketplace features.
Regional content and identity flows were designed so configuration—not separate codebases—handles multi-region differences. Deployment and ownership stayed under one engineering model rather than a multi-vendor hand-off.
